Gazprom to suspend Nord Stream’s only gas pumping unit for 3 days

MOSCOW, Aug 19 (PRIME) -- Gas transportation through the Nord Stream pipeline will be suspended on August 31 for three days for maintenance on the only gas pumping unit on the Portovaya compressor station, Gazprom said on its Telegram channel on Friday.

"On August 31, 2022, the only working gas pumping unit Trent 60 will be suspended for three days for technical maintenance and planned preventative works," Gazprom said.

The works will be performed together with experts from Siemens, Gazprom said.
